Tokyo Olympic 2020 Theme Songs

The Olympic Games are a dream come true, a place where sportsmanship may unveil the power of sports. Participants from all around the world gather to show their commitment to their sport, which they have been working on for the previous four years.

J-Pop Song: ‘Colorful’


Team Coca-Cola created the Japanese pop song for the Summer Olympics and Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2020. The tune, which is accompanied by a music video, was published by Universal Music Japan and features 14 athletes from all over the world. The track's general producer, Ryosuke Imai, remarked, "This is a song for everyone, regardless of race, gender, generation, or national borders."


"It was created with the goal of creating heart-to-heart connections via sports and vibrant music for the historic Tokyo Olympics." Ryosuke Imai, the award-winning writer and producer of Namie Amuro's "Hero" and Little Glee Monster's "Echo," among many others, was the chief producer for the "Colorful" project, and he collaborated with some Tiny Voice Production colleagues, including UTA, Sunny Boy, and Jun, to write the upbeat song.

Official Olympic Theme Song: "Lakshya Tera Samne Hai"


On June 23, India's "Official Olympic Theme Song" was published, just in time for the Summer Games in July and August. Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju was the chief guest, while the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) President, Secretary-General, Deputy Chef De Mission, Sports Secretary, and DG Sports Authority of India were also in attendance (SAI).


Mohit Chauhan wrote and performed the song "Lakshya Tera Samne Hai." The Games will begin on July 23rd, with 127 Indian athletes competing. Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju released India's "official Olympic theme song" on Wednesday, June 23. In the Tokyo Olympics 2020, India won four bronze medals two Silver medals and one gold medal at the moment.

The 'Cheer4India' Song: Hindustani Way


The official song of the Indian delegation for the Tokyo Olympics was presented by Grammy Award winner A.R. Rahman and young vocalist Ananya Birla. Anurag Thakur, the country's sports minister, introduced the 'Cheer4India' song of the country's Olympic contingent on Wednesday, urging the people to support its athletes fully during the Tokyo Games.


"I encourage all my countrymen to listen to the song, share it with their friends, and shout for the whole Indian Olympic team in Tokyo to express our support," Thakur added. In the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic, he praised Rahman and Ananya for writing the song. The introduction of Team India's official cheer song, according to Indian Olympic Association President Narinder Batra, was the result of hard work by all stakeholders.


The song was written and composed by AR Rahman, who also provided the music, and it is performed by Ananya Birla. 'HINDUSTANI WAY' is the title of the new song. For India's fans, this song is dynamic and thrilling. This year, Team India has 127 competitors and won seven medals in the Olympics, and it will be a sight to witness so many athletes representing India for the first time at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
