Be Active
Most of you won’t be active feel lazy to do any work in these lockdown days. To make yourself active listen to music. Learn some stretching exercises, listen to various music genres. While you do some work and feeling very bore or couldn’t able to complete the work within a limited time, start listening to meditation music or any other fun music to speed up yourself.
Learn Deeper in Music
You might have learnt only the basics to play musical instruments. To learn further or deeper in music, start to learn movie songs or scales and chords or musical clefs or you can even learn about transpose music notes. These topics will help you to understand music more in-depth. You can also learn more about the difference between the playlists and it's formation that has come the way long, learn it and get out of anxiety.
